DailyKos writer Jake McIntyre released a piece earlier today predicting that Rudy Giuliani’s presidential bid is effectively over because in 2001 he illegally billed several obscure city agencies for expenses related to his affair with Judith Nathan. While Giuliani’s philandering is old news, playing at the expense of the taxpayers is alarming to say the least. Giuliani, of course, has denied allegations, but they’ve been independently confirmed by Fox News. The American people aren’t going to let this go. And they shouldn’t.

Yes, and The Daily Kos also said they beat Joe Leiberman in CT. But Leiberman ended up winning the election as and independent. Kos is after Rudy because Rudy can beat the Hildabeast and just about any other socilist democrat.
