Bio
Huckabee has been in the Arkansas Governor’s office since 1993. He served as the Lieutenant Governor for three years. While serving the seating Governor was convicted of a felony offense in the Whitewater scandal, so Huckabee was sworn into the office. He was elected to his first full term as Governor in 1998, and has held the office since. Prior to his political career, Huckabee worked as a paster of several Southern Baptist churches.
