Eligibility
In order to be eligible to register to vote in the state of Arizona, you must meet the following criteria:

  • be a resident of Arizona
  • never have been convicted of a felony
  • never have been adjudicated incompetent
  • be a citizen of the United States
  • be at least 18 years of age by the next general election

Deadline
Voter registration applications must be completed 29 days prior to an election in order to be eligible to vote in that election.
