Eligibility
To vote in the state of Kentucky, you must:
- be a United States citizen
- live in the state of Kentucky
- be at least 18 years old on or before the next general election
- not be convicted of a felony, or if convicted then your civil rights must have been restored by executive pardon
- not have been declared “mentally incompetent” in a court of law
- not claim the right to vote anywhere outside Kentucky
