Eligibility
To vote in the state of Kentucky, you must:

  • be a United States citizen
  • live in the state of Kentucky
  • be at least 18 years old on or before the next general election
  • not be convicted of a felony, or if convicted then your civil rights must have been restored by executive pardon
  • not have been declared “mentally incompetent” in a court of law
  • not claim the right to vote anywhere outside Kentucky
