Eligibility
In order to register to vote you must be:
- a citizen of the United States of America
- at least 18 years old on or before Election day
- a resident of a Mississippi county.
Deadline
The voter registration application form must be submitted to your local County Clerk at least 30 days before the election in which you want to vote.
